(CNN) -- Two men, shocked at what they saw, describe an unarmed teenager with his hands up in the air as he's gunned down by a police officer.
They were contractors doing construction work in Ferguson, Missouri, on the day Michael Brown was shot dead.
And the men, who asked not to be identified, told CNN they were about 50 feet away from Officer Darren Wilson when he opened fire.
An exclusive cell phone video captures their reactions during the final moments of the shooting.
"He had his f**n hands up," one of the men says in the video.

Odd that it shows up almost a month later.
Actually, well after.
So they wait until Ferguson is off the front pages, and now they say this? Kind of suspicious.
The large black man with his hands in the air is NOT Brown.
This is spin.
/Shocked. /Not.
Wow, they sure graduate them fast at the ‘DOJ propaganda center’.
If you listen to the video they say Brown put his hands up but it sounds like the event was still going on. Wilson probably still felt like he was in danger.
The man in the video is one of the contractors describing what he supposedly saw.
The idiots are throwing a public Tantrum in Ferguson tonight. I understand they’re blocking traffic on the highway.
Looks like Eric Holder is trying to create some new “witnesses” to stir things up.
BS — Why would someone videotape two contractors instead of any “action” at the crime scene.
Again, BS.
Eric the Red’s contribution to the mess - fake witnesses with a fake story.
Is this the first person that said the Gentle Giant said okay, okay, okay? I haven’t heard that before.
He may have held his hands up as he turned around. Then he rushed the cop with the intent to attack him.
These “contractors’” stories do not prove anything different from what we know. He was NOT shot in the back, nor was he shot with his hands up.
Sounds like the only thing they were constructing is a fairy tale for the Just-Us dept.
It’s just a little too convenient, isn’t it?
That is why Eric Holder went there, to find and/or create whatever is needed for a successful prosecution.
Shot him while he was running away, huh. Well, at least that explains the bullets holes in his back. And what’s with the second cop pulling a gun on the unarmed teen? All this time later and this comes out, riiiiight. At this point, I don’t care if 15 tv cameras were filming the event in real time. I’m not believing anything that remotely supports holder’s side.

Well, I know this report is a fabrication because the guy is quoted as saying he saw "Michael Brown's brains come out of his head." Everybody knows Michael Brown didn't have a brain. He had some Swisher Sweets though.
I read the account from the contractors. And while they say he had his hands up, the one said he was walking toward the officer with his hands up, and then later put his hands down. That witness said that when the last shot was fired, Brown was 8-10 feet away from the officer — who the contractor said was BACKING UP the whole time.
So, the guy had his hand up, but also closed a 100-foot distance while being shot at by a man backing away from him.
CNN just grabbed the most sensationalist part. Frankly, if he testified in court exactly as he is quoted in the article I read, he’d probably end up being a witness for the cop.
Trayvon was reported to have said "OK, you got me."
