“In Missouri, felonies are serious crimes that are punishable by more than one year in prison. Missouri law categorizes felonies into four classes: Class A felonies through Class D felonies. Class A felonies are the most serious felony crimes in Missouri.
•Class A felonies include murder, first degree kidnapping, forcible rape of a child under twelve years old, first degree robbery, and some drug crimes.
•Class B felonies in Missouri include voluntary manslaughter and first degree burglary.
•Class C felonies can include involuntary manslaughter in the first degree (can be a Class B or Class C felony), statutory rape in the second degree, possession of a controlled substance, and theft.
•Class D felonies are crimes such as fraud, resisting arrest, and passing a bad check.”

I THINK THIS JUDGE IS JERQING US OFF FOR FUTURE APPOINTMENTS BY THE ‘RATS.

“resisting arrest” Class D felonies apparently are no big deal to this judge. need clarification by her.

There ARE two ways that the words of the court officer can be interpreted.

I am not so naive anymore, to believe that court officers are above political agendas.

These days, can one truly trust that employees of the justice system follow the letter of the law such as the one you stated?

Supposedly, he killed someone. Is this someone anyone remembers? Was there ever any news coverage when it happened?
The judge can’t hide all of those memories.

Fungi:" True, but I was being sarcastic.
Obviously the late M. Brown is not the one who wants to hide something."

I wasn't being sarcastic .
In Martin vs. Zimmerman , #1)the FED held back the black/white Zimmerman photo , and still later #2) held back the color photo of Zimmerman's injuries.
All of a sudden , the previously controlled public discussion changed because the public saw the blood, and then knew of the seriousness of the injuries and lethal force.
Prior to the release of the color photo , the FEDS/ prosecution controlled the language and discussion on the assault. The language was biased .
The language was choreographed by Parks and Crump through their "Social Engineer" attorney who controlled press releases, factored in Twitter, Facebook , etc.

Legally , the "Gentle Giant" doesn't have a right to privacy after death - it should be a matter of "public record", especially under the circumstances of his death.
especially since it could be germaine to the self-defense of the police officer.
Since the statement was NOT specific as to Brown having no record , it implies that there is something there.
It's not like the "JUST-US" Dept has been forthcomming with information , but rather , has surpressed information that opposed their AGENDA as in Martin vs. Zimmerman.
"The best indicator of human behavior ,.. is past behavior"
The same is true with FED Govt. procedures and past history.

“by definition, a felony is a serious crime”

A lot of crimes that were formerly misdemeanors are now felonies. Criminal code “bracket-creep”.

If the criminal investigation does not go the way the Brown family would like the mere fact that it has been suggested that Michael had an ‘interesting’ juvie record might prevent a civil case against the officer. The civil trial judge may view this question in a different light.

If he was truly a “gentle giant”, then what is the harm of releasing these records?

Circle the wagons and prevent the public from learning the truth about a 19-year old, 300 lb., gangster wannabe thug. Who'd have thought we'll have a Trayvon Martin-George Zimmerman rematch in Missouri under slightly altered circumstances of cop Darren Wilson shooting Michael Brown? Certain political forces are certainly trying to crucify officer Wilson.

And also Obama's primary opponent, Blair Hull. His sealed divorce records were also unsealed and released.

Holder sent 40 FBI agents to Ferguson. I’d like to know how many FBI agents investigated the IRS? And how many FBI agents were sent to investigate Benghazi?

40 FBI agents are in Ferguson to investigate the shooting of Michael Brown
