A man of God who will be sorely missed! May you rest in the arms of your Saviour! Stood tall in the culture wars to destroy marriage.

I used to love their chicken nuggets and waffle fries... But the past few years, at least at our local C-F the chicken’s breading is too sweet and the fries weren’t very crispy.

I read about that this morning on Yahoo. Some of the comments below the article were absolutely disgusting.

Absent on earth, present with The Lord.

Hopefully, the first words heard were, "Well done, good and faithful servant!"

Truett Cathy was a courageous man, and I have tried to support Chick-Fill-A, but, to be honest, their food is not all that great.

He was a man who understood good business practices.

One of my favorites was that he trained all of his offspring to do the same. Any one of them can run a business, as well as a charity. This likely means they won’t destroy what he built, or squander it away with poorly managed charity.

They will be able to look at the companies or charities books and know what they mean, and if everything is above board and well run.

He has guaranteed the success of Chick-fil-A for another generation or two.

And all of this without even mentioning his superior hiring and employee management practices. It is incredibly hard to break a business with loyal employees.
