He was, however, apparently unarmed.
Died the same way he was conceived...with a buck naked bang.
Assault with a dead weapon.
This is my rifle...
Bath salts and PCP (lesser degree) will get your body heated up and most of these idiots will disrobe (even in public). I watched video last week on Youtube of a gal in San Fransisco who got all doped up and was standing there in some awkward position....half-bent-over and stuck in some artistic pose.
Next time I run around drunk and naked, I know whose house to avoid!
Need to paint the tip orange.
Last week I watched several of the videos on Bath Salts...and PCP affects on people...astounding they put that in their bodies knowing the risk.
Mentioning to a co-worker he said ...”You have to understand there are people who just don't deserve to be here, and no matter what they are told you can't change stupid”.
Gays fighting, very similar to Oscar Pistorious.
“He may have been drunk or drugged up.”
The article wasn’t clear on that it stated, “the man was drinking a party” ??
Unarmed doesn’t always make a difference. Years ago there was a big time 300+ lb college football player who went psychotic and beat a woman almost to death. The coach and supporters got him off with “supervised” psychological “treatment” and he continued to play. The coach promised the judge that he would strictly supervise the guy. A few months later the player is once city over, naked and rampaging through a neighborhood trying to knock down doors and kill people. The two cops arrived and attempted to calm him down but he rushed them both of them and they found themselves fighting for their lives with a naked, 300 pound guy. He got one cops weapon and in the struggle to take it back from him he was shot. He was paralyzed and oh boo hoo couldn’t play ball anymore so he tried to sue the cops and the city, and lost. The cops could have been justified in shooting him outright but did not. Depending on the circumstances, the civilian shooter may well have been justified. Whether or not it will be adjudged that way is another matter.
Rule of thumb: Don’t wake a sleeping man. Instead call the cops, after making sure nothing incriminating is laying about. You can keep your gun trained on him, but you aren’t being paid to wrassle or waste your bullets and time shooting some dumb ass.
#1 rule of gunfights: bring a gun, not your peeto.
I was thinking the same. He may have had a right to shoot him but he didn’t have a need to.
It was "for the good of Humanity".
It might be. I don’t work for “Humanity” though. ;-)

The shooting wasn’t the problem, because once he woke up he became aggressive. The problem was waking him up in the first place. The homeowner shouldn’t have done that.
Cop: "Put the weapon down, now!"
Perp: "I can't!"
That’s what I meant. He obviously wouldn’t have had to shoot him if he hadn’t woken him up.
