Looks like the Republicans will get (barely) +8 seats in the Senate. 53 Republicans versus 47 democrats after the election. HOWEVER...
I think Republicans take Alaska. Begich stepped on his crank badly and is getting a lot of heat not yet showing in RCPs polls. On the other hand, Nunn is doing better in Georgia than I expected. Crazy Georgians might be tired of RINOs and are going to elect a dem--why not the real thing?
Al Franken now looks sadly safe. Man, I want him out more than almost all the rest.
Mitch McConnell will not lose in Kentucky; he's increasing his lead over time. Sorry to all those who want him gone, but if it means dems and Harry Reid keep control, well, I want Reid gone as much as Franken, so I reluctantly am glad if he wins.
Arkansa, Iowa and Louisiana all look too close but I think democrat fatigue will pull all three into the R column.

Please......think seriously about getting on top of ur “soapbox” and shouting out to all Freepers and like kindred spirits about getting out the vote this coming November 4, 2014!!! IMHO....it is so freakin’ important!!! Some of our “faithful” sitting on their hands. and letting Democrats win...drives me crazy!!!
I won’t preach further...you got my drift!!! Think on it...please!!! I believe with some serious effort and concentration we can gain between 10-12 senate seats and, between 12-20 seats in the house!!! Maybe we can get a massive show on the road for our cause. I’ll help...anyway I can!!! Thanks for listening to my rant!!!
Democrats including Al Franken are getting by because the folks haven’t got the total bill for their Affordable Heath Care Act yet.
All the young adults who can’t buy a house or a car until they get their health care insurance paid aren’t going to be amused by Al Franken’s poor legislation.
Some of these races are really close.
