That’s one of the first things I thought or it may be propaganda. Who knows; however, it does seem odd that people keep turning up dead that say something bad(perhaps true) about that creep that occupies the WH. Of course, the Clintons were fond of the same MO.

Am I to believe every time a patient unexpectedly dies in a NYC hospital, the NYPD opens an investigation before a cause of death is determined and the autopsy results are in?
I saw a report yesterday which said her cause of death was "not readily apparent" on autopsy. IOW, they need to see the results of tissue samples and blood tests. Still, it seems way too early in the game for NYPD to get into the game.
There are still many unknowns. We have speculated, but nothing based on fact. Our only facts are she was undergoing a procedure in an endoscopy clinic, crashed and died.
What was the exact procedure. What was the level of sedation and who administered it and who monitored her. What was her medical history? What meds was she on? How compliant of a patient was she? Did she follow pre-procedure instructions?
Those are just some of the questions to be asked/answered in the process of determining the cause of death
Until then, NYPD should back off until those questions are answered. Maybe they should wait to see if an official police investigation is even warranted first.
I was essentially referring to people wasting time speculating on Ms. Rivers’ death.
In most areas, any unattended death is investigated. Since Joan died at a clinic and not a hospital, I think this would be considered an “unattended” death.
It’s been said that there was something being done regarding her vocal cords. Is this true? I don’t know.
Oh, I see. Is concern about the other issues you mentioned a more productive use of time?
No amount of investigation of Benghazi is going to un-kill the people who died there, any more than Joan Rivers is going to un-die if precise information about her death is determined and disseminated.
No amount of investigation or concern is going to keep the IRS from being a tool of Democrat politics.
Nobody will be held accountable for Fast & Furious, and all the people killed will still be dead.
I heard one doctor on TV say that sometimes your time is up. Some people drop dead behind the wheel of a car. Some expire in the supermarket. Some keel over the table at a restaurant. She just happened to be getting a medical procedure, at 81, when her card was pulled. Occam’s razor would indicate that she lived longer being at the clinic. If she at that moment had been shopping at Tiffany’s, she would have shuffled off this mortal coil right then and there.

The actor-comedian, who coincidentally performed at an event co-organized by Andrew Breitbart, died unexpectedly.

Actor Steve Bridges, known for his dead-ringer and oftentimes hysterical impressions of presidents George W. Bush, Barack Obama and others, has died at age 48, his Web site announced Monday.
In a coincidence sure to titillate conspiracy theorists, Bridges also was an acquaintance of Andrew Breitbart’s, and he performed as Bush at an event Breitbart helped organize two years ago that attracted 1,800 conservatives working in the film and TV industries.
Breitbart died last week at age 43 and initial reports suggested the cause was natural, though an autopsy has been performed and toxicology tests are underway to determine exactly what killed him.
