While many things play into this the BIGGEST one has nothing to do with skin color.
It is location, location, location...
For whatever reasons, most major/large cities have a higher concentration of black folks then any other area. Major/Large cities are going to have less job opportunites then many other areas. You have more people vying for fewer jobs meaning many are going to remain unemployed.
Where do they come up with these numbers? I just read today 92 million are unemployed. “A record 92,269,000 Americans 16 and older did not participate in the labor force” So how do they come up with 6%? 92 million is almost 1/3rd of the TOTAL population. So what are they doing, discounting teens the elderly and the disabled from that 92 million? So what they are saying is only 5.5 million are left? Baloney.
Politicians don’t count anyone after they have been off work for a year, they become a nothing not counted in the statistics.
Both parties have done this IMO as to not be held accountable.
I think the unemployment rate is more like 18% in the country and probably near 38% for blacks. I also think most of the black employment comes from government and not the real world. Take away the government connected jobs and probably only 20% of blacks MAY be employed in the real world these days IMO. Yet again, what do I know I guess.
If you can still eat, drive, and watch cable without a job,
there’s not a lot of incentive for some people to get one.
I expect some in Congress (Pelosi?) will deal with this by suggesting that unemployment compensation rates be doubled for blacks, to keep it proportional, ya know?
Along somewhat similar lines; A white teenage employee at a local McDs had his ears cut and black slugs the size of quarters lodged in each ear lobe. I thought to myself, “Congrats to you, young stud. You’ve already reached the pinnacle of your employment career. This is as high as you’ll go....even at McDonalds. You’ve found your niche.”
Why get a job and pay taxes, when the gov’t gives you everything you need and if that’s not enough just go steal it.

It's too bad I won't live long enough to see some of these numb nuts hit middle age. Of course I see 60 YO women at the store with tats all over. Nothing like a low cut top exposing a wrinkled saggy breast with a tattoo on it. I won't describe the rest of the body (or face), and omit the dolphin tat above the ankle.
What I take issue with is the intentional fudging of the data.
They seem to feel that all information emanating from the administration is subject to artistic license.
