Even Reagan wouldn’t get behind this turd!
Reagan passed the first legal abortion law here. See, perfect is the enemy of the good.

Oh, i forgot, those who stand on the sidelines are morally superior to those of us who fight.
Fighting for what?
The Murder of unborn babies (Abortion) or the Gay Agenda?
And yes, those who refuse to vote for supporting Abortion and the Gay Agenda, in comparison to you, and those like you, (who support the Gay Agenda and Abortion by voting those who support the same abominations) are morally superior to you.

Reagan passed the first legal abortion law here. See, perfect is the enemy of the good.
He signed a law that was supposed to only allow for abortion in the case of when the Mother's life was truly in danger, however, once he found out that it was being used to cover for circumstances less than that he was against it.
Furthermore, people change, they grow up, they wise up, and they also take a look at the bad choices they have made previously in their lives and then correct those mistakes and bad choices.
Reagan was a perfect example of that, as when he was President, he whole-heartedly supported the Human Life Amendment to the Constitution that would have stopped Abortion, even in the fake life of the Mother scenario from happening ever again.
I see either you were ignorant about these facts (doubtful) or they did not fit your agenda on this thread.
And yes, Reagan would not have gotten behind this turd.
"We don't intend to turn the Republican Party over to the traitors in the battle just ended. We will have no more of those candidates who are pledged to the same goals as our opposition and who seek our support. Turning the Party over to the so-called moderates wouldnt make any sense at all." -- President Ronald Reagan

So which staff member did he fire when he finally found out what he was signing?

That's not what I said, but nice try at sliming Reagan.
Like I posted up-thread, after that stumble on his part, he was a firm backer of the Human Right Amendment and did not support Abortion, as far as I know, in anyway from that time forward.

Nice spin
I was aware of Reagan signing the bill
You paint him as being fooled. So who’s doing the sliming

You paint him as being fooled. So whos doing the sliming
He was fooled.
The law he signed, was for a specific purpose. It was used to cover for all types of other abortions.

Kashkari is a throwaway candidate. His purpose is to lose quietly and not upset the turnout for down-ticket candidates.

Well, then I guess we should be calling for the GOP to not support laws that are against robbery, or murder, etc., because those are issues of morality as well, right?
You do realize that ALL of the states had laws against Sodomy at the time of the Founders and the founders never made a peep about that, right?
Do you really think that if the founders could have seen their progeny supporting the marriage of two perverts that they would not have included an amendment to the constitution in the Bill of Rights that defined Marriage as between one man and one woman?
They all believed in God and all believed in the ten commandments. They were Christians and Deists.
Your position concerning Morality is spoken like a true Democrat and a Liberaltarian.
You are not a conservative.

No, it’s called a strategic retreat. California ceased to be something worth fighting and dying for. California gave up, so I saw no reason to go down with the ship.
The United States, however, as it was founded, and as it was meant to be, and was, IS worth fighting and dying for. And for her I will stand and fight, though it be a Last Stand.
