The murder of US journalist Steven Sotloff was a “barbaric act” by a group of “murderous psychopaths”, the Home Secretary said.
Theresa May said the horrific video showing the execution of the 31-year-old report by terror group Isil made clear their brutality.
It came as a former security minister said the apparent British jihadist behind the murder – and that of US journalist James Foley last month – was a “dead man walking”.
The fanatic, known as Jihadi John, is being hunted by the security and intelligence services after appearing in both execution videos and has now threatened to kill a British hostage.

The verse in Genesis that speaks to the lineage of Ishmael which later became known as the Nomadic Arabs.

It is prophesied in old testament scripture that this line would always be at war, either between themselves or others.
The lineage of Ishmael (Arabs) would later develop a burning hatred for the lineage of Isaac (the Jewish nation) and they do not realize why.
They say it is because of the so called occupied territories, but it goes much deeper than this. It is very spiritual.

Levant is an area of the Middle East that explicitly includes Israel!
This amounts to nothing less than diplomatic recognition of and approval of muslim rule of the Jewish State.
