The governing system is not the problem. As an Englishman said of Obama “the problem is not Obama, it is that the American people could be so degenerate as to elect an Obama”, so too is it true that the American people were not acculturated by their parents and the Pooblik Skrewl Collective AND therefore they are the source of their misery.
The electorate is no longer the “safe repository of power” which Jefferson vainly supposed it would be. For this sad state of affairs, blame the teachers who for generations belonged to a communist union and taught commie goals instead of the Founding Documents.
When illegal alien Latrinos, and black Urban Ferals, can vote, a Convention could easily turn out to be another French Revolution.
I’ll pass on a Convention of States because it can do nothing to cull the thundering herd of trough feeders and AgencyPersons swarming across America and eating out our substance.
The productive owe the willfully non-productive nothing!
It is long past time for us to stop any transfer of wealth to the willfully non-productive. Should this result in the GibsMeDats starting a civil war, we can survive such a war - what we can’t survive is being bled to death by the swarms of GibsMeDats and AgencyPersons.
Stop welfare to the willfully non-productive and shut down most agencies.
The governing system is THE problem.
The 17th Amendment is the source of our troubles, for it denied consent of the governed to the states.
In order to retain republican government, every clause in the constitution that impacted the states should have been repealed along with the 17th Amendment.
It trust that concept makes sense to you.
