A new lawsuit seeking criminal records on the unarmed black teenager fatally shot by a police officer in Ferguson, Mo. claims the teen was involved in a gang and once faced a second-degree murder charge.
Charles Johnson, the editor-in-chief of “GotNews,” sued St. Louis County last week, saying Michael Brown’s juvenile record should no longer be kept private now that he is dead, according to AOL.com.

No doubt a fine trade school and I fully endorse, encourage and admire anyone who is looking to further themselves and their eduction, but a complete mis representation by Brown's parents and the media who made it out that he was on his way to a University to get a 4 year degree.
It's remotely possible Brown's mom was not sophisticated enough to understand the difference between Vatterott and Vasser , but the media sure as heck knew exactly what the difference was between Vatterott College and Harvard College and completely misrepresented the truth of the matter
Once again the race hustling Democratic Party overplayed their hand and now this whole Ferguson/Gentle Giant/St. Michael the Thug angle is blowing up in their faces.
