Who Should Be Called To Account In Rotherham? ( Labour Party / Moslems in UK )

Rotherham's council leader has stepped down but there are calls for other heads to roll over the devastating abuse scandal.

Many people are asking why no-one in a position of responsibility has been held accountable in the wake of the Rotherham sex abuse scandal.

A devastating report revealed at least 1,400 children were sexually exploited over 16 years - between 1997 and 2013 - with girls as young as 11 repeatedly raped by large numbers of men.

The inquiry found Rotherham council knew as far back as 2005 of sexual exploitation on a wide scale - mostly by Asian men - but failed to act.

Three reports into the extent of sexual abuse were published between 2002 and 2006, but were "ignored or suppressed" by the police and council.

...

Questions are being asked about others who were in positions of power when the child abuse took place... Dr Sonia Sharp was in position between 2005 and 2008. She now works in the Department of Education in the Australian state of Victoria.

A tricky phrase to use when discussing Muslims...

Who should be held to account?

The perpetrators, obviously.

But also every single person in any position of authority who knew about this but did nothing to stop it.

“Asian” = “Muslim”

I agree with you. There will apologies. There will be “mistakes were made.” There may even be, “I take responsibility.” However, no government employees will lose their jobs, and there will be no reexamination of the assumptions and priorities that allowed this situation to occur.

Yep. They love to take responsibility, just not the blame.

A gun in the hands of a father could have limited things here

Brits are openly inviting this with a too-accommodating policy

Over at Belmont Club, Richard Fernandez makes a very god point:
You may disagree with Hussein. You may hate what you think is his side. But at least he’s no traitor, not to his side at least. Not like those mealy mouthed politicians in Rotherham. As Daniel Hannan notes “interesting to see whether people in Rotherham keep voting for Labour councils. On the evidence so far, they will.” Because the arrangement is the “Asians” will vote for Labour and in return Labour will let them practice their traditions unhindered under the color of diversity and tolerance. Expect Labour to dominate in Rotherham until the day the Democratic Party loses Detroit.

The role of radical Islam in Britain is as the proxy Brownshirt wing of the Left. The Left knows that if it can terrorize a town into surrendering — and indeed a nation — into surrendering their children with their proxy thugs, then the door is open to everything. Rotherham is not about racism. It is about fascism: about aspiring tyrants with impeccable double-barreled Anglo-Saxon names, wearing fashionable dress nightly luring a passive population into the chute of slavery with dulcet tones over national TV. And if you don’t listen to them, then you’ll heed the boys with the funny hats.

Absolutely...Couldn't have said it any better.

If convicted, maximum sentences.

In this case heads should roll, literally. These people loosed monsters onto defenseless children and then did nothing to stop it. Everyone involved should be burned at the stake.

Literally.

This is not a story of PC run amok as is being reported (at least by those outlets that ARE reporting it). This is a story of liberal politicians turning a blind eye to horrible crimes by their constituents in order to keep their votes. Hmmm....sounds kinda familiar, doesn’t it?

The impact of this tragedy tends to make Labour *lose* in Rotherham, to UKIP.

I think you’re on the right lines, but that it’s maybe a bit more complex.

After the 2001 riots in Bradford, Burnley and Oldham (other places where mostly Pakistani gangs have been grooming young girls for abuse and prostitution) the Blair government adopted a policy of using ‘community leaders’ to manage those communities.

‘You keep your people quiet and we’ll keep the funding coming’

These areas are mostly post-industrial hell-holes with brutal levels of unemployment, where a guy who is on the town council and owns a bunch of take-away food joints and taxi firms is a big deal locally.

If you’re on the right side of him, he can make sure you and your kids have a job, or get funding for your community project.

If you’re on the wrong side of him, well, his brother runs a martial arts gym used by violent bouncers and he’s on first name terms with the chief of police and the director of child protection services on the council.

So if a relative of his happens to be accused by angry parents of kidnapping and raping their child, well, he’s going to have a quiet word with the local cops and social services and just smooth things over.
