Don’t be surprised if it ends up extending all the way across the southern coast to Transnistia.

Why do you care whether Russia runs Ukraine or not?

Two reasons: The interests of a freedom loving people are worth our attention.

2) Because Russia is a mortal enemy of the United States, and their end-goal is not just Ukraine, but the dissolution of NATO and eventual hegemony over the whole globe.

Liberals waste money we don’t have on domestic boondoggles. Neocon conservatives waste money we don’t have on tough-guy military boondoggles halfway around the globe.

Liberaltarians are idiots and don't understand that the sea does not protect us from nuclear missiles.

So you’d rather Obama go to war over Ukraine?

Why do you care whether Russia runs Ukraine or not?

We’re 17 trillion in debt. How much do you want to spend ( or rather, borrow from China) on military action against Russia over Ukraine?

Liberals waste money we don’t have on domestic boondoggles. Neocon conservatives waste money we don’t have on tough-guy military boondoggles halfway around the globe. Actually, both sides are liberals when it comes to driving us deeper into debt for no good reason.””

This is the same rationale that allowed Germany to invade Poland in 1939. Here we are 75 years later, almost to the day. Those who fail to learn the lessons of history, are doomed to repeat them.

if Obama had any brains he would unleash our forces into all out war against ISIS and put Putin’s puny little adventure to shame . Start with air power across all of northern Iraq and all of Syria m really give them hell for about 2 months , then bring in 1000’s of combat ground troops , and a few armored divisions to mop up the survivors . Take no prisoners , kill all that we catch . Start with moving 2 carrier battle groups into the Med now ....

Feel free to check my posts.
A move to create a ground path to Crimea via Meltipol is EXACTLY what I predicted when the civil war began.

I don’t understand why Putin needs to do this right now. You’ve been telling us for weeks that the Ukrainian forces are surrounded, cut off, falling back, deserting, at the edge of mutiny, unable to deal with guerrilla tactics.

It wouldn’t be that was a whole load of garbage and that it’s the rebels who’ve been getting pummelled and that Putin needs to give them more support?

Maybe you should recheck the twitter feeds to see if you got your settings right.

At the very least yes I do care.

Apparently you and Obama don't.

Sounds to me WilliamIII is more thoughtful over this than you and that trumps emotional reactions like “caring” any time.

Your response is shallow nonsense.

Caring that evil doesn't triumph in the world is appropriate. Whether one can take appropriate action against it or not is certainly up for debate.

However, rationalizing inaction against evil by saying one doesn't care about it is what you two are doing and it's inappropriate and I'm calling you on it.

Deal with it.
