It's 12:40 in the afternoon, and in the Islamic Center of Tucson, a time to pray.
Muslims have a strict daily prayer schedule, five times a day at specific times. One of those times is in the middle of the school day.
In a room off the library at Desert View High School, four to six Muslim students pray during every school day for about 10 minutes. Sunnyside Unified School District officials tell the News 4 Tucson Investigators that all but one of the students pray during their lunch period, the other misses a few minutes of a class.

The Christians should demand that prayer to God in Jesus Name should be allowed in the school at any time. . .
The Bible specifically says:
1 Thessalonians 5:16-18 (ESV)
16 Rejoice always, 17 pray without ceasing, 18 give thanks in all circumstances; for this is the will of God in Christ Jesus for you.
I think this school is in southern Tucson (Valencia and Old Benson Hwy area). It has strict access control and is surrounded by (decorative) 8’ security fencing.
I had a nephew go there, and IIRC the student body was heavily Hispanic.
As to religious inclusiveness - I don’t know...
