Rick Perry’s downward spiral begins. His indictment was his high water mark.

Don’t care if Schmidt was a blue ribbon conservative, the guy’s toxic and untrustworthy.

I guess if Nicole Wallace wasn’t hired by The View, he’d have hired her too.

Talk about tone deafness.

It’s because Rick Perry is NOT a conservative. He has some leanings toward conservatism, and he has some good instincts, but he doesn’t know why. He cannot articulate the conservative ideology, and will always disappoint as a result. Hiring these two hacks is just more proof. He’s better than Romney or Jeb, but that’s about it.

Knock the Dems. We'd like a Republican President.

There isn't a perfect candidate but Perry sure beats Hillary all to hell.

“Texas Governor Rick Perry has reportedly aligned himself with two of the most infamous Republican establishment operatives known for trashing conservatives.”

Seems like Breitbart should confirm first rather than write “reportedly aligned”.

Isn't Steve Schmidt the guy most responsible for taking out Sarah Palin? This guy is bad news who never misses a chance to damage Conservatives by quietly, but effectively, stabbing them in the back.

Anybody that would hire Steve Schmidt is a fool.

Who will he call on next, Karl Rove?

Schmidt is one of the top destroyers of Conservatives.

He supports the GOPe types and uses underhanded tactics to do so.

Worked for McCain, and then Romney took him on to ensure his loss to The First Black President.

(Can you imagine how racist it would have been for a Republican to beat Obama out of a second term??)

But of course both of those GOP candidates ran to allow Obama to win.

If Perry continues to use him, he will be like a kiss of (political) death.

I will not knowingly vote for anyone that has this guy or Nicole Wallace on his staff.

Karl Rove was already busy with Jeb, I guess!

I was on the Rick Perry bandwagon, I'm off the Rick Perry bandwagon.
