Republicans Poised to Recapture Senate
Electoral-Vote.com ^ | 8/26/2014 | Electoral-Vote.com

This is not an article, but rather a summary of what is now showing on the main page of Electoral-Vote.com, an election poll tracking site.

I've been visiting electoral-vote.com for years, and have found that the closer we get to an election, the more accurate their map gets. Recently, and for a long time, they have had Democrats poised to keep control of the Senate, 55 to 45.

However, in recent days it has shifted clearly toward the Republicans. Electoral-Vote.com is now showing the Republicans likely taking control of the Senate. Dems 48, GOP 51, Ties 1

Electoral-Vote.com makes its predictions based exclusively on the aggregate results of major polls. The statistics and predictions are updated daily.

I would add New Hampshire to your list.

It's not my website. Time will tell, as the polls roll in and the site is updated. And then, November 4 will be the final, official poll that matters.

“That the people vote matters little, Who COUNTS the vote is what matters”

Chances of Repubs winning the Senate does not take into Dems
history of massive voter fraud.

"we need a veto proof Senate even if a RINO slips through."

Spoken like an adult who understands politics and the real world.

“Much will depend upon what Conservatives decide to do: Vote R, vote D, or stay home.”

From another adult that understands politics and the real world. The Kamekazi Conservatives stayed home in 2012 and gave the election to Obama.

Probably nothing. That's why I lit into the representatives manning the GOP booth at the Maryland State Fair the other day.

I don't put much hope, if any, in the political process anymore, but I still think I'd prefer Republicans in charge of both houses of Congress. Then, when they don't do anything to fix things, and don't have anyone else to blame, perhaps those who still have their hope in the GOP will finally wake up and realize what psychopathic lying morons are running the GOP and turn to the Tea Party.

Hope against hope, I guess. And prepare for what is coming. No matter who wins the election it's going to be ugly.

As for me and my household... We will serve the LORD. And vote Republican to hasten the day when we'll throw all the bums out and start over.

I’ll wait until after the votes are counted before I celebrate.

Yeah, but like I said... the closer we get to the election, the more accurate it gets.

America as we know it can’t wait for an election.

America as we know it doesn't exist anymore. All we can do is to rebuild. Then it still won't be America as we know it. It'll be America with the maturity that comes with knowing you almost lost it all, or that you did lose it all and it was hell getting it back.

Exactly right . Plenty are right here, too.

A 51-49 GOP is not good enough. Not even close.
