This should have been 2nd degree murder. Life, no parole but for some reason the judge allowed them to plead to 3rd.

I've been playing a game all week, anytime I read the title of an article mentioning a murder, beating, robbery before I read the rest of the article I post in the reader comments "the perps are black". So far I've been right 100% of the time...And once again...Hello...

Blacks and other liberals will ask why are so many of our prisons so full of black men. I ask the same question. Why are they in prison? These three should have been hanging from a tree by now. These animals aren't good enough for prison.

They were trying to *rob* him. Somehow I don't believe that refusing to hand over your cell phone is a "verbal spat."
He should have been armed. Then he could have dumped at least one of them.
