Attorney General Eric Holder is biased and incapable of neutrality in the case of the fatal shooting of a black teen by a white cop in Ferguson, Missouri, according to J. Christian Adams, a former Justice Department lawyer.
"Of course he's not capable of being unbiased. Attorney General Holder is all about race," Adams told Ben Swann, guest host of "The Steve Malzberg Show" on Newsmax TV.
"He said things he shouldn't have said, he went places he shouldn't have gone … he talked about his record of the police harassing him as he sees it, he talked about promising that change is coming.
"He made all of these pandering political racialist promises to the citizens out there that thoroughly disqualify him from being involved in this matter."
Holder flew to Ferguson this week to survey the predominantly African-American city of 21,000, which has been rocked by nights of rioting, looting, and arson following the death of 18-year-old Michael Brown.
Holder discussed his own past issues with authority and said he was taking the Ferguson case personally. The Justice Department can determine whether Brown's civil rights were violated.

It’s also what Holder didn’t say. I scoured the news articles about his trip and there was not one quote about stop rioting. Many quotes gave tacit approval to the rioting and looting (and arson).
If this were the military, having the CO express his opinion about how the Courts Martial should decide would be called “Unlawful Command Influence”

Undue and unlawful command influence is the carcinoma of the military justice system, and when found, must be surgically eradicated. And this is going to be what we are about to see, the eradication of something that has shocked the conscience of this court.
Holder should be impeached. It is long overdue, starting with Fast and Furious.

The revelations about Attorney General Eric Holder and his connection to an abortion clinic are becoming worse as new information has come to light showing he failed to disclose his wife’s co-owning of an abortion business.
Just before the election, Human Events broke the news that Holder’s wife and sister-in-law co-own, through a family trust, the building where a controversial abortion practitioner operates. The Holder family transferred ownership to a family trust in 2009, eight months after President Barack Obama’s inauguration and a deed names Holder’s wife and sister-in-law as trustees.
