According to CNNs Jake Tapper, the 39-year-old Democrat all but threatened increased civil unrest and disobedience in the already damaged Ferguson community unless the prosecutor obtains an indictment against Officer Wilson followed by his winning a conviction for murder or other serious felony conviction. Trying to recall my civics, here; however, are not such threats sufficient grounds for the case to be thrown out?

a change of venue will doubtless be sought, and if any reason was left would be granted. but this is a mob that does not brook being defied.
