Freedom of speech does not mean freedom from repercussions. I’d fire her to for being stupid.
She’s also using her freedom of speech to advocate taking away the freedom of others to peacefully assemble. Doesn’t anyone see that conundrum?

As long as your job is that of an in-house employee and not an outside representative of the company with a public profile, then you can say and do what you want.......
This lady will successfully sue for discrimination and either settle monetarily or get her job back with pay........I guarantee it!
