Me too!
I'd love nothing more than the police policing their own, these stories dwindle to extraordinarily rare events, and this ping list to whither, dry up and blow away.
“Kinky.”
Gum Chewer: [chewing gum] Murder... armed robbery... mayhem...
Hedley Lamarr: Wait a moment. What have you got in your mouth?
Gum Chewer: [stops chewing] Nuff’m.
Hedley Lamarr: “Nuff’m”, eh? Lyle!
Lyle: Gum!
Hedley Lamarr: Chewing gum on line, eh? I hope you brought enough for everybody.
Gum Chewer: [panicked] I didn’t know there was going to be so many!
*BANG*
Jim: Boy, is he strict!
“Sick of this anti-police attitude.”
Well, I call them the way I see them. After you’ve been abused by the cops, you may change your tune. My experience is that they will never admit when any of their number have been abusive of their positions. There is simply no room for any in law enforcement today who use their “police powers” to intimidate those of us who pay them.
That said, as the information is unfolding, it appears that Officer Wilson is a decent cop who did what he had to do.
These stories are rare events. There are thousands of cops doing a thankless job every day and doing it well. Bad cops are few and far between.
I challenge all the cop-haters to do a ride-along with a police officer on their local force. Get a small sample of what they do and know that every cop in uniform is always a target. If they let their guard down, it could be fatal as it was for the 2 cops having lunch when they were murdered.
“Were sick of good cops looking the other way when bad cops do their thing.”
Indeed.

A Houston police officer handed another man a speeding ticket and probably didnt realize that the offender he was citing was also a cop. What this ticket-receiving officer noticed on his paper slip though has led to a department-wide investigation.
"I immediately [knew] that somethings hinky with the ticket, the man KHOU-TV only identified as Jerry said. There was no other officer, he was the only officer there.
The ticket, however, listed another officer as an additional witness...
See? There was a "good cop" involved...

Officer Farias raked in $158,000 in "overtime" in the last three years. I'm sure he was padding his retirement check on the way out, like some few of his fellow officers nationwide.
He has erected a multitude of New Offices, and sent hither swarms of Officers to harass our people, and eat out their substance...
Now, come on - it's not TOTALLY without thanks...

A quick-thinking police officer who saved a baby girl from choking to death 20 years ago has attended her wedding.
Shammarah Hamideh, 20, calls Sergeant Joseph Barca her 'second father' after he revived her in her Yonkers, New York, home in December 1993 when she was just two months old.
Barca has never missed Hamideh's birthday. On Sunday, he watched her walk down the aisle...

See? Now, that's a police officer...
Suggest you share that with the world.

And I would be the first to congratulate that kind of behavior. Unfortunately, while a LEO may well perform an admirable feat, he’s probably the same guy that looks the other way when one of his compatriots do something abusive and/or illegal.
Someone posted earlier that where he lives the city cops are crooked, but the county sheriff’s deputies are great! Well if they are great, why are they not going after the crooked city cops? “Suffering” in silence is not acceptable here.
