The Riverfront Times reported: The family of Mike Brown, an eighteen-year-old Ferguson teenager shot and killed by police on Saturday, August 9, has said that the young man recently took up a passion for music, with an interest in sound engineering and plans to study at Vatterott College next week. According to his grandmother, Desuirea Harris, “All he wanted to do is make music.” “Everyday he made one or two more records,” she explains. “He rapped about life in general — about what he went through and people went through. Just life.”

Nothing changes. Tomorrow the productive get up and go to work. Some of the unemployed look for work and/or do other things to improve their lives. Others make irrational choices and bring chaos, heartache, misery, destruction and death to themselves and to others. A tick on the timeline of life as our seconds slip away.

Just looked it up. NOT a college. A TRADE SCHOOL. that teaches stuff like dental assistant, vetrinary assistant, cosmetology, high school, TV/VCR repair ( okay I added those last 2). Nowhere did I see anything suggesting an associates program, let alone a bachelors. the aspiring artist probably wanted to go for (c)rap music production, sponsored by (c)rapper “Nelly”, also lsted as part of the course offerings. Has anybody even been able to prove that he was actually enrolled?

I believe it was the Roman Emperor Nero, who when facing termination for cause, said that the real tragedy of it all was the world’s loss of such a great artist.
Reading Mike’s pathetic, vile rap “lyrics” at the link brought that to mind.
It feels like the exact same guy was cloned again and again a million times. Same clothes, same language, same music, same attitude, etc. etc.
I listened to most of it. He’s awful.
I read that too. He was taking remedial courses which consisted of him watching videos and answering multiple choice questions related to them.
And still he was behind.
