I'd like to see a breakdown of gender use of Facebook. My wife loves Facebook because she can communicate with her daughters and coo and cluck about her grandkids and other relatives.

I've yet to use Facebook for that purpose. I also don't tweet. I would wager that the great majority of FB users are females, but I have no facts to back up that assertion.

Apparently now you can get a phone that just plugs into the wall and you don’t have to lug it around with you, so that once people find out you have what they call a “home phone” they will stop pestering you with constant messages and status updates. You can even ignore the home phone and configure it so it won’t record a message.

I’ve been waiting for this breakthrough since 2040.
