A U.S. District judge ruled on Wednesday that the Department of Justice must turn over a privilege log of documents withheld by the agency on Operation Fast and Furious. Judge Amy Berman Jackson ruled that the Justice Department must provide the House Oversight and Government Reform Committee with a list of documents but not the documents themselves withheld on the gunrunning operation.

Except thus ruling didn't go far enough, imo. Eric the Red should be forced to turn over all documents, not just the log. If he isn't in full compliance by 1 October, judge Berman should have him jailed.
I’m still not holding my breath that ANYONE in this CORRUPT administration will be punished for anything they’ve done.
Hell, we still have Hillary! walking around free!
Don’t Hold Your Breath!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
They will appeal the ruling.
And the next one.
And the next one.
And the next one.................ad infinitum.............
I’m sure they’ll get right on it...
Those documents will disappear in another harddrive crash.
“DOJ told to turn over Fast and Furious log”
There probably “lost” like lois lerners emails.
I have this strange feeling that Eric Holder will be the next black terrorist to run for president of this country and there are enough crooks out there to see he wins..
Laugh if you like...I hope I am wrong..
He’ll turn over a log of documents all listed by code numbers and nonsensical titles that will give no clue as to their content.
The log will be missing more pages than a 3-year old NY public phone book.
Unfortunately you may very well be correct. The RAT party has discovered that being black means exemption from criticism by the media echo chamber and the uni-party.
Another dumb judge and a real stupid ruling. What in the hell is a list and you know damn well the hard drive will now crash.
The DO”J” is to justice and Law
what a shark is to chum.
I might be wrong but the only one I’ve seen for the democrats is Hillary..
Fast and Furious, whats that, oh I remember something about it, it kind of faded away.
That’s how this administration does, they pile one scandal on top of the other until each one gradually fades away.
Now they will deny, delay, petition, until ultimately they reveal the records the court ordered, where accidentally lost or destroyed; game over, move on.
Already we can see NSA, IRS, Benghazi scandals all fading away as per “never let a crises go to waste”, each one represents a most useful tool shelf, hiding one behind the other, like socks, you know you had two but one just disappeared, and if you are fortunate to someday find the one, the other has long since been thrown away.
“My hard drive, and everyone that is relevant to it, crashed and accidentally fell in the shredder in 5, 4, 3.
The DOJ must turn over all non-privelleged documents and must provide a list of documents that they claim are privelleged.
Issa’s committee then has until October 17 to challenge the claim of privellege on individual documents.
(+) Issa WILL get to see the documents
(-) It is going to take years to do this. Documents will be reviewed. One-by-one.
They’ll have to find them before they can turn them over...
My guess is they were probably emailed to Lois Lerner for safe keeping.
