Pretty brazen ... Would have to station guards during lunch break to keep those weapons from being stolen in many communities.

Does “open carry” in Texas mean you can brandish the weapon in front of you with your weapon in “close order”?
I’d bet if a bunch of “cracker” tea-party types marched in to the streets of Dallas doing the same as these NB Pampers, we would have seen (shall we say?) a bit more action from LEO.
