Does “open carry” in Texas mean you can brandish the weapon in front of you with your weapon in “close order”?
I’d bet if a bunch of “cracker” tea-party types marched in to the streets of Dallas doing the same as these NB Pampers, we would have seen (shall we say?) a bit more action from LEO.

As for "rules," one should not appear threatening. Open Carry Tarrant has been kicked out of Open Carry Texas for being too aggressive at demonstrations. Still, most people don't freak out when they see them.
