The Ferguson PD didn't stand by and watch the looting. Perhaps the reason Capt. Ron Johnson is now letting the State Troopers and the National Guard stand down is because they are too chicken (bleep). Better to appease them and let them get their way.

I way sympathetic to Ron Johnson up to the point where he was virtually “high fiving” the thugs. Yet he does wear the uniform and has responsibilities that go with it. The animals in the street understand only one response, force.
