I know that is the apparent likely result but there has been no arrest or indictment. Until there is a crime that must be determined by the local police bringing charges to the DA, there can be no indictment. The Governor can’t bring a charge of murder or manslaughter or the sort.
There is a strong fear filled precedent in Florida that smeared all touching it. I would think that inspite of Eric Holder coming to insure the indictment there may be those in authority that will refuse to bring it with the disaster and extremely costly trial in Florida on their minds.

I don’t think there will be a trial of the government agent because he works for the government. I think there will be a civil suit where the narrative will be allowed to function as the evidence, at least in the media coverage. The Gentle Giant was shot from behind with his hands in the air. That’s all you need to know.
The agent may be fired somehow to placate the crowd. Remember, the agents facing the “protesters” now are Jay Nixon’s agents. But the narrative is they are Ferguson cops.
The truth is merely inconvenient at this point.
They need to double the number of agitators. This is some weak azz rioting.

Have the Guard demonstrate a flame thrower in the afternoon and declare the streets will be cleared at sundown one way or another.
Payment to the family is a lock. What the financial settlement to the protesters?
They’re extracting that settlement through looting.
They will want reparations of some type.

I heard Pat and Stu (Glenn Beck’s after show show) speculating that Dear Leader may have struck a cautious tone about this case because he had seen the video from the convenience store, and had other intel that might tell him to not rush to judgment. It would run counter to how he has comported himself in previous incidences, but may be telling - that he knows an indictment will not be handed down.
Who knows.
