In the statement, Nixon said,"The democratically elected St. Louis County prosecutor and the Attorney General of the United States, each have a job to do. Their obligation to achieve justice in the shooting death of Michael Brown must be carried out thoroughly, promptly, and correctly; and I call upon them to meet those expectations."

Plus also that robbery video is going to go against any conviction.

Why I am figure it is going to fall apart is because of the robbery video.

I'm thinking that robbery video could help impeach the libtard butt-kisser Nixon as well as exonerate the officer. I am absolutely incensed at this imbecile. He is totally irreponsible. I cannot believe he is the elected head of a state. Is his script being written by the braindead rioters, or what?

This is going to be a repeat of the GZ case. Plus also the robbery video ended any possible case against the cop.

Wrong! Justice is what is needed not mob rule and pandering to thugs. Brown's death has already been resolved. He charged an officer and got blown away. the problem has been resolved. Brown will no longer be a burden on society. It's unfortunate but Brown chose his path.

“Translation, like GZ, Wilson will walk.”

I believe if the true facts are allowed to be presented in defense of the officer in St. Louis County Criminal Court and a fair jury is seated, he will be found NG.

Sadly, however, I also believe that if that occurs, Holder will have the officer indicted federally for Civil Rights violation just as the government did in the Rodney King case where the officers were railroaded and found guilty.

What will go against any prosecution is that robbery video. Open and shut case.

it would seem so. would not be the first time a sacrifice was made. hopefully the authors of any such act would feel great remorse in future.

Cellphone background conversation describes MB attacking/charging the LEO.

Witness youtube video describing event as described by LEO.

Autopsy indicates shots from front, lethal hits were inflicted as the attacker was falling forward, last two hits were the head shots.

10 - 12 Locals are coming forward with eyewitness accounts that match LEO...

Idiot democrat governor?

"vigorous prosecution must now be pursued."

And they wonder why everything they touch goes to crap.

When I was about 3-4 years old, my father's job transferred him out to St. Louis. I still remember my favorite feature of our house: it had its own crawdad pond. We would catch loads of crawdads out of there, then my mother would complain of the stink they caused. The whole neighborhood was just one big mudhole.

We moved back East after only a few months. Looking back, I'm glad I'm not there now. Of course, I have Cuomo, Schumer, Gillibrand and DiBlahblah to contend with now. I think I'd prefer crawdads.
