Did you count the cans, or just read the labels in the front?

The guns in the garbage can were put there by the police.

I’m not claiming every red can is black powder. The cop is holding Dupont IMR 3031.

Richard Lintner had almost 200 guns, most of them locked in steel vaults, police said. And he refused their request to enter the house and examine the weapons, for which the police say he had proper owner’s permits

Police say Lintner told them he had two gun vaults. He actually had five — each standing about 3 feet wide and 6 feet tall and weighing 1,000 pounds, police said. Each vault was locked, and Lintner was the only one who knew the combinations.

In an early report, police estimated that Lintner had more than 10,000 rounds of different calibers. Later, police revised the number to more than 100,000 rounds, including .50-caliber bullets, which are used by the military for large targets and some hunters for big game.

Police said they also found more than 300 pounds of gunpowder. Private citizens can legally own only 30 pounds.
