If that’s the case, the grand jury won’t even indict the cop.

Makes me wonder if The Regime is encouraging them because I've never seen something like this before. Rodney King was different, that was a cop beating him on tape that the MSM played day and night. This is a robbery with the perp getting into a scuffle with the cop, happens every single day but this one they pay attention to? It's the same with the Trayvon Martin case, self defense cases happen every day but that one explodes? Because The Regime exacerbated it.

So, basically all the initial accounts were 100% inaccurate. Shocking.
The story from the officers point of view seems to be consistent every time it is told.
The story from the perp’s point of view has multiple different versions, none of which is anywhere near the same.
If the thug had gotten the gun from the officer and killed him, we’d barely have heard about it.
I find it hard to believe that a veteran cop would be dumb enough, even in the heat of the moment, to kill somebody right out in the open with with his hands raised. Cops nowadays know that everything they do can show up on somebody’s smart phone.
Also, the shot pattern clearly shows that the cop was not aiming dead center, as he would have done if he really wanted to kill him. The wound to the top of his head can best be explained by the perp falling forward and receiving the last bullet as he was charging the cop.
That's totally consistent with the video. The shop owner confronts the thug - thug pushes shop owner - then rather than just leave, the thug turns around wanting to fight. Hothead, chip on shoulder bully... we've seen his type before...he's NOT a gentle giant, he's a thug.,
