After a week of riots and looting in Ferguson, Missouri, Charles Ogletree, the Harvard Law professor who was President Barack Obama's mentor, predicted that this is just the beginning of more unrest.
After police shot and killed Michael Brown last weekend, Ogletree said the problem is, "you have these white officers who don't live there, who aren't a part of the community, who don't know the community, and yet they're given all the power to make things happen."
"We need to have a change in that sense right now," Ogletree said on Meet The Press. "And I'll tell you what, people think that three days of rioting is the end of it in Ferguson, Missouri. It's just starting."
"The people are upset, they're frustrated, they want to take their city back, they don't like the way the young black men are being stopped and killed," Ogletree continued. "How many people have to bury young people for people to understand that something is wrong in Ferguson, Missouri? And I think we have to change that right now."

Why all these mindless blabbering about the all-white police force? Should the police force throw all entrance requirements out the window? What is the average SAT scores of white applicants versus blacks? Or IQ scores? Or criminal records?
Many whites are like him.
They live in their white gated areas , but promote diversity.
Diversity to them is having the Illegal landscaper , going for a Chinese at the weekend, knowing a well off black family, and having a couple of homosexual pals.
They know nothing about the bad black areas and yes I lived in one, infact I was the only white guy there.
Bike stolen, car stolen, faced racism every week, even told that I ma white and you should not be here. Dog had stones and bricks thrown at it in the yard. Crack house on the corner, shooting at the high school, well just outside and the bus station down the road.
I think the demonstrating has just turned into entertainment for the protesters, it`s fun for them to go out and party with the folks. Not suggesting they did not feel for Big Mike absolutely they did, but the overwhelming number of them did not even know the guy.
Right now IMHO it`s just fun and exciting for them, and will be a downer for them once it dies down.
Incredible watching the political rally from the Church this afternoon. Calling for justice, invoking the Name of The Lord while they continue to support killing God`s unborn children, supporting the removal of God/Christ from the classroom/public square etc, and teaching children that homosexuality is ok etc.
I just saw it as very hateful, they are not even open to the possibility that the officer was just doing his job.
And the biggest laugh is listening to people say that the robbery was no big deal??? I have not been this outraged since they tried to lynch George Zimmerman
They got traction out of this tactic regarding poor performing students. They said that students weren’t learning because their teachers did not “look like they do.” White teachers were not from their community etc. and it was harming black student performance and the solution was replacing white teachers with black teachers.
But why was their an assumption that white students could learn from black teachers but not the reverse? I had instructors of different races and I learned.
It seemed like just an indirect call for segregation - they want their “own” teachers. A new college in Monterey, California had a period of unrest when a white man was chosen for president. The school focuses on Lantino heritage and rejected the notion that a white man could “understand them.” So they want Latino teachers or staff for Latino schools, black teachers for black schools but then - no one has asked for white teachers for white schools but there were certainly be angry riots if they did so.
Then jury nullification. Now police officers. Do they want their own system like the ones had on tribal reservations? Their own laws, police officers, courts etc?
I believe the cop that shot the kid was raised in Ferguson and had recently moved. That is the rumor locally.
That’s what this is all about. Voting. There’s elections this fall. Gotta get the natives worked up and mad. So, yes, this guy is right that it’s only just started.

I have a great idea. Let’s have the Ferguson cops stop patrolling and enforcing the law in Ferguson. Have them patrol in other neighborhoods that are more welcoming.
Then let us see what happens when they “take their city back.” Will it be possible for the citizenry to govern themselves? Will crime drop to almost nothing or do just the opposite?

Black people are much more racist than anyone else.
I'm sure there will be little to no violence tonight. It's Sunday night, and all these folks have to go home, set the alarm, and get up first thing Monday morning and go to work. /sarc

I suspect there may have been drugs in his system. Holder is ordering a second autopsy by the Feds.
Rev Wright screamed and screamed and screamed. Obama had been his parishioner in the front row for…10 years..? When asked about it he simply said, “When I was there, he didn’t SAY those things…”
That’s all he had to do…! People wanted SO BADLY to believe this guy was un-angry and was genuinely going to bind the country together, and by voting for hi m they could demonstrate their goodwill to all blacks, and there would be absolution.
And you know what..?
The more time goes on the more and more clear it becomes that Obama is a PERFECT embodiment of the anger and racism of these vile racists.
And this latest episode is just another example of that.
Obama underwent anger conditioning from the very earliest age and that feeling has been kindled and tweaked into a huge, roaring fire, and the only difference between he and the beret-ed men slapping billyclubs into their leather-gloved fists on Election Day is a Harvard pedigree.
