The family of the black teenager shot dead by a policeman in St Louis are haunted by the image of him holding his hands up at the moment he was killed, a family member claimed today.
Ty Pruitt said that the mental picture of Michael Brown surrendering was stuck in his relatives’ minds as it showed he was ‘killed like an animal’.
Pruitt spoke out at an emotional Sunday church service during which Brown’s mother Lesley McSpadden sobbed and wiped the tears away from her eyes with a tissue.
His father Michael Brown Sr stood grim faced whilst wearing a T-shirt with his son’s picture on it and the slogan: ‘No Justice, No Peace’.

It is going to be interesting if Darren had the dash cam running while all this was going down. The police may have a lot more evidence than is known.

What he's now known to have done a few minutes before his death suggests otherwise.Remember folks...for weeks after his death Saint Trayvon was a smiling skinny 12 year old to most Americans.
There's no way he'd get a fair trial in the Ferguson area...indeed, they'd have to seat him in a bullet-proof cubicle during the course of the proceedings.....and he'd have to be transported to and fro the courthouse in a Sherman tank.
To boot, they couldn't find jurors in the entire surrounding county whose opinions on the officer's guilt or innocence were not already hardened in granite.

If by some miracle he’s not charged or he is aquitted it will go national. They will hang him no matter what. He should leave the country while he still can.
I imagine Michaels hands were in the air.
While charging at the police officer his body went down, and his hands flew forward and up during the fall. Very different than raising his hands in surrender.
To fall dying probably wasn’t part of his plan, as he more likely expected his hands would be around the policeman’s throat, choking him to death.
Instead he died where he charged, improving the quality of the lives of all of those he might have met had he lived.
Apparently they don’t have dash cams.
Well the DOJ is involved now- let’s just hope the first medical examiner doesn’t suddenly die.

They should replace that image
