IQ testing can be done over a wide range of ages. Age and race, sex, economic factors - all have been part of the roughly 100 year long development of IQ testing. The results on the early tests are similar to those done today.

Look up a video “You can't fix stupid”. That comedian called it correctly.

Having said the above, I am sure that an IQ80 individual who was acculturated properly can make their way through life as a productive citizen. All bets are off if Gubment and Libtards get their overpaid paws on ‘that person.

Ignorance and lack of desire to learn and succeed is the worst enemy of achievement for people, in my humble opinion. None of those things can be provided by government.

Only adults-those over 18-were evaluated at the company where I worked-people with workers comp injuries who would need to get further training or education for less physically demanding jobs-but those individuals were employed, not welfare recipients, and were used to working-IQ, interests and abilities only determined the work the person could do successfully, and was interested in-not whether they would be a productive individual. If they were not, the company would have never have known them at all...
