I’m going to call this the “J J Video” because a sharp Treeper catches the background conversation within a video of the Mike Brown shooting scene. The video was uploaded by a U-Tube account “Black Canseco“.
The video was taken in the aftermath of the shooting, and judging from the comments attributed to the uploader -although he was not a direct witness- he felt the video was affirmational toward Mike Brown and the anti-police narrative.

The guy about whom you are speaking did not see the shooting. He says that early in the video. He heard the shots and then came outside. When he says Mike Brown had his hands up and that the police shot him again while he was on the ground, he is repeating what he was told not what he witnessed. He says so in the video when he says, “Yeah, that’s what they say.”
This guy’s testimony is not eyewitness testimony. It’s hearsay. That’s why the background conversation between the two guys is so important. One of them actually witnessed the shooting.
I would need to interview the witnesses separately to ensure its not collusion. You see that type of behavior where gang members or similar minded type people are involved when they try to cover for others. In fact I’m working a case right now where 8 different witnesses have all told me different verions of the same event they witnessed so when I have all witnesses saying the same thing I have my doubts until I question them to see if there are any discrepancies and rule out the above.

It may have been two big guys looking across at each other saying under their breath “I can take you”.
Wouldn’t you say that’s pretty stupid given the fact that the “other guy” had a gun? It tells me Brown either wasn’t the brighest bulb or he was under the influence of something, either drugs or alcohol, at the time and not thinking clearly.

And Brown was not shot in the back.
And reports of multiple witnesses who claim Brown stopped and then charged Brown.
In other words, your narrative about this incident has been shot to s***. I know you're either banned or suspended. I hope you will allow the new facts to seep into your views about this event. Somehow, I doubt you will.

You have no expertise regarding firearms, self defense, emergency medicine nor even apparently drugs. Yet you seem to think that your extreme ignorance paradoxically makes you an expert.
You have made many very dim-witted remarks in this thread, and you respond to the voice of experience with lulz and other infantile responses.
Michael Brown was obese, and a black youth, not a likely candidate for methamphetamine abuse like you seem to think. Likely recreational substances given the boy’s cultural background, physique, and favored environment would at most rise to cough syrup and cannabis.
Further, you assert that anyone not drugged out of their mind on “Chrystal Meth” would have “stopped cold after taking even a wounding round.” You’re not right, either about this topic or likely many others. Frankly, I can’t help but read all of your posts as if they’re being narrated with Hank Johnson’s “Guam Tipping Over” voice, your opinions are just that well “informed”.
Like I said. Wait for the toxicology report. Then see if you are sputtering and puffing as much. Ah No Ah iz wight!
