The “JJ Witness Video” – Eye Witness Audio of Mike Brown States: “Brown Doubled Back Toward POlice”…

I’m going to call this the “J J Video” because a sharp Treeper catches the background conversation within a video of the Mike Brown shooting scene. The video was uploaded by a U-Tube account “Black Canseco“.

The video was taken in the aftermath of the shooting, and judging from the comments attributed to the uploader -although he was not a direct witness- he felt the video was affirmational toward Mike Brown and the anti-police narrative.

Like I said, we need to wait for the coroner’s report to see whether Brown was shot in the back. You’re almost as bad as the protestors downplaying the video of Brown robbing a store and shoving someone into a rack. That instantly refuted the gentle giant claims. We’ll see what else emerges to either reinforce or refute other narratives.

Wrestling with someone doesn’t = assurance they don’t have a weapon. There’s a reason that there are specific procedures they use when checking for weapons. Even that isn’t fail safe.

And my eyes must be really bad but I totally can’t see any bullet wounds in back.

Forensics can tell if he was moving forward, standing still, or retreating. Why not wait for the results before condemning the cop? Why not give the guy who DIDN’T just rob a store the benefit of the doubt first?

Apparently.... means that it’s the way things SEEM or APPEAR.... but not necessarily representative of reality.

So then why assume the cop knew he didn’t have a gun based on a wrestling match that may or may not have happened? Why defend the thug right out of the gate?

I didn’t see any bullet wounds to his back in the photos. I don’t know what happened; wasn’t there but I don’t think the officer went on patrol that day thinking “I think I’ll kill a black man today”. Something caused the confrontation. I don’t think the officer was looking for it.

I didn't either but he is laying on his stomach and most of the blood appears to be coming from his head.

Something caused the confrontation. I don’t think the officer was looking for it.

I don't think he was either and I don't think the BGI can chalk it up to racism.

The officer looks big enough to intimidate most but it appears that Brown was not intimidated being that he was also quite large.

It may have been two big guys looking across at each other saying under their breath "I can take you".

The bottom line is that everything that’s been released since the incident occurred supports the officers position yet the rioting continues. Let Chip side with the rioters and don’t give him an opportunity to eff with you.

I wonder how many female cops around the US are having misgivings today about their chosen profession?

For that matter, men too.

A small diminutive female or man would likely have not had a chance and been killed by Brown!

Arguably, Wilson’s size is all that saved him from this huge young man.

As screwed up as our society is today, we are lucky to even find ANY good cops much less perfect cops. Wilson is BEGINNING to sound like he did his job under EXTREME circumstances about as well as our society has a right to expect.

With a 6’ 6”, 290 lb man charging you, and one minute earlier he had beat the hell out of you, would you shoot or let him perhaps kill you?

As to the number of shots, in this APPARENT kill or be killed situation, who’s counting?

I want to see:

Michael Brown’s complete record since he was born. I don’t believe that sealing his Juvenile record is helpful at this point. I think he was a bully most of his life. I believe that the local police were VERY familiar with him.

2. His high school records. Is he even qualified to go to college?

3. The actual acceptance papers from the ‘college’ he was supposed to be going to in 2 weeks. Those papers should all be in place at this late date.

4. Charges of Obstruction of Justice against Brown’s accomplice in the strong arm robbery. His first statements to the police & media after the shooting are not accurate.

He lied & he is not a credible witness, as he was in the store participating in the robbery.

Michael Brown was trouble for many years. The standards which the black community wants to apply to their welfare recipient thugs will never be accepted across the nation.

Michael Brown is not a lean and mean etc thug. He’s a hefty bag thug. A blob of coagulated (marijuana) munchies and junk food that liked to push his weight around. Not much of an IQ but when he wants gibs_me_that he is gonna get it. Like a 5 year old

The guy taking the video may not have seen the incident but he states on the video what he hears others saying -- and he says what they are saying -- that he had his hands up and was shot while on the ground.

That was all hearsay, though. No more reliable than a rumor that was spreading. "I heard that someone said..." It's all secondhand, third-hand, etc., information.

But, in that background conversation between two men, one had actually witnessed the shooting firsthand.

That witness probably won't come forward, though. He must know that his own life would be in jeopardy if he did. But there's no doubt the police will be looking for him now.
