Evidence in shooting to go before grand jury in days, McCulloch says
St. Louis Post ^

St. Louis County Prosecutor Robert McCulloch said today that a grand jury will begin hearing evidence in the Michael Brown shooting case next week.

"We are doing it as we go along" rather than wait to present entire body of evidence to grand jury, McCulloch said in a brief phone interview.

Brown was fatally shot by a Ferguson police officer a week ago.

a 6’ 4’ 300 pound thug came at the cop after having perviously punched him and grabbing for his weapoon.

Of course he should not be indicted but I’m sure there will be plenty of eric holder and obamaloving media pressure there to make sure the grand jury “get’s it right”

Well heck yeah. They should be able to gather all the evidence they need by next week and sort it all out. Oh, and don’t even think about using the video from the great cigar heist to show that the choir boy was actually a bully. A BIG one at that. Like some have said, the cop may not have known at the time he was a suspect but you can bet big boy didn’t know that the cop didn’t know.

What a crock. They’re trying to give the appearance of momentum on the case when there isn’t any. Fool the low information rioters. The poor Cop is toast. They are going to sell him right down the river.

The entire community has bought into the seduction of “bully spirit.” The lad is but one example of legion.

To the devil, it’s a party.

Will Holder get to help pick who is on the Grand Jury?

I’m sure most of the current ones seated will be coming down with a convenient case of the flu

My comment from another thread;
—“The shoplifting video has no connection to Brown’s police interaction that resulted in his death.”

Balogna! He was a punk, feelin’ his oats after strong-arming a shop owner. He was a belligerently striding down the middle of the street, proudly affirming his masculinity and blackness. I figure when he saw the cop, he thought he was gonna be busted for his strong-arm robbery, and he went haywire! Too bad toxicology takes so long! I’ll bet he was as high as a kite!—

The wheels of justice will grind neither exceedingly slow, nor exceedingly fine, I fear.

What evidence is there that Brown “came after” Wilson?

Brown coming after Wilson is Wilson’s own account of events.

There’s also at least one witness on the crime scene footage who says he saw Brown keep coming after Wilson after shots were fired.

Look up “rush to judgement” in your encyclopedia.

If there’s no indictment (and maybe even if there is) Eric (the dick) Holder will probably file civil rights charges on Derrick Wilson. And the media will make sure that this guy’s life is ruined from here on out ala George Zimmerman.

Cause that’s how its done in fascist liberal America.

The idea of a judgement is dependent upon who is listening. Most here would agree that the facts control.

With that in mind, why can’t all of us “skeptical” folks wait for a determination by the state police?

I have many questions, and they are NOT being answered by the police at this time. I am not going to condemn them right now...and maybe later... It’s just that things are in flux and we really do need to wait for answers...

If the answers are similar to those given by this administration, then you can get mad and riot... At this time, it might be necessary...!! At any rate, it is necessary to wait and see if they expose all of the facts.

Knowing law enforcement these days and of course the DOJ, we might never know real facts so keep that in mind!

If you are referring to the tweeter, he also said first 2 shots where when his back was turned. So it is still unknown really how this all happened. I doubt witnesses at the scene will now give truthful testimony.
