I thought all these Hollywood types LOVED paying taxes. They are always saying how they don’t pay enough and they’d like to pay more. So why is Governor Brown giving them tax breaks instead of tax hikes?

Transportation is the largest user of energy in CA. The film industry is next. But carrying the it taxes doesn’t go far enough: taxpayers should pay the utility bills of big stars, e.g. Barbra Streisand’s 2k monthly water bill.
