If my business had a rented building, I’d be outta there. The whole country is looking on. This is going to make a lot more people—mostly not black people—hunker down and build gates. If the police get shut down over something like this, and the MOB takes over, people are not going to open a business in a predominately black area.

People in black neighborhoods have got to learn to deal with their own before decent neighbors refuse to move in and businesses leave. I've seen so much of people going to the police to "do something" after years of looking the other way when crimes are committed because snitches are held in lower regard than are thugs.

By that point, decent neighbors won't move in and business has been chased away. It's too late.

If there are no businesses in black areas I am certain that this means that blacks will start going to whiter areas. Meaning that the next time there is an ‘incident,’ I am certain that the whiter areas will be looted and burned to the ground.

I’d probably be as suicidal as Robin Williams if I were a Ferguson realtor...the rep that burg has gained will last a lifetime.
