The left has overplayed their hand. Anyone will see this is political. I’d sue this prosecutors butt, if you can. I’d do whatever I can legally.

La Raza Rick Perry may be a pro-ILLEGAL alien dumbarse, but this claim is bogus.

Perry’s not my first choice, but he doesn’t deserve to be destroyed so abortion Barbie could gain a few points.

Seems to me a lot rests on what judge this comes before. You get some bleeding heart Liberal and all bets are off.

The gray area for me is how close Perry or some of his pals come to some of these investigations. Even if he’s right, if some of his friends (and knowing the Republicans as he obviously does) are involved, that makes it look like he is interceding to clear them of wrong-doing.

This is a case where even if you’re right, you can look wrong.

That’s what is so devious about this Democrat tactic.

I think the Dems are using their tactics to take out any and all viable challengers to Hillary, earlier, rather than later.

The gray area for me is how close Perry or some of his pals come to some of these investigations.

He vetoed the funding because the crazy witch running the "ethics" committee got arrested for DWI and went insane with "do you know who I am?" criminality refused to resign. She is a unrepentant criminal. She has no business heading any "ethics" investigation. She has no ethics.

All she has to do is resign and he will reinstate the funding.

"I'm hoping if we all break out our new $5 LED flashlights together we can shine enough light on the corruption that is Washington DC."

Those flashlites are now obsolete. Go to Home Depot, spend 14.88 plus tax on TWO Defiant 300 lumen flashlites (new Cree technology LED, one instead of 14) barcode #6 943777 200478. They take 4 AAA batteries each. Your $5 flashlite is about 124 lumens. You will thank me.

This is the result of a liberal drunk wanting revenge for her own misbehavior. When District Attny Rosemary Lehmberg was arrested for DWI and tested THREE TIMES above the legal limit she was convicted, served time and had her license suspended.

Rick Perry called for her resignation and said he would exercise his right to veto funding requests from her if she didn't go. This is payback from a slob of woman and activists who took the charges to a liberal judge.

It is designed to keep the threat of indictment alive long enough to end any serious run against Hillary. It probably won't happen.

The reason it worked for Delay is that House Republicans had a caucus rule that anyone indicted in a crime must step down from leadership until it is resolved. Democrats had no such rule.

Therefore, the damage was done to Republicans by simply indicting Delay, forcing him to step down as Majority Leader.

No such immediate threat hangs over Perry.

I don’t think a judge is involved in a grand jury indictment. A grand jury is usually used to bypass a preliminary hearing before a judge.

Since “Abuse of Power “ is the legal charge of the day, why not charge Obama and AG “Contempt of Congress” Holder with ABUSES of Power?
