#5 – Tom Jones: “What’s New Pussycat?”

The song is by Hal David and Burt Bacharach. But the script is by Woody Allen before he got the chance to direct and make his own movies. He was four years away from “Take the Money and Run”. The studio took a decent and somewhat farcical script by Allen and played it over-broadly, pretty much ruining the fun. The video is a bit naughty.
