So how does he compare with Hillary as Sec of State? Everything she touched went bad slowly. /S

The best way would be for the US Senate to ratify the Law of the Sea Treaty.

Neither Bush nor Obama was able to get the treaty ratified so both have been forced to deal with these issues within the confines of the multi-national organizations.

1. Conflicts in the China Seas(South and East) negotiated within ASEAN.
2. Conflicts in the Arctic Ocean negotiated within the Arctic Council.
3. Conflicts in the Antarctic negotiated within the Organization of American States.

The only coastal nations that have not ratified LOST are the US, Turkey, Syria, Israel, and Iran.
