That would be a rather large (and entirely gratuitous) assumption.
Of course, if it were reversed--if it were a (very rare) instance of Christians murdering Muslims--President Obama would (presumably) act. Quickly and decisively.

The Kurdish Regional Government has been making some airdrops, but they have few airlift resources, apparently they dropped 20 tons of food and water today. Pesh Merga is being pushed back, as ISIS now has serious weapon superiority, thanks to Obama insisting that any military equipment has to go through the al-Maliki government.
