Unbelievable! We actually live in a country where it is considered "unconstitutional" to require doctors who perform surgical procedures to have hospital admitting privileges.

I guess the judge doesn't care if women die.
Why does the judge hate women?

Shoudl file an equal protect lawsuit. Its an unfair burden on all of us to be forced to seek care from qualified doctors with hospital privileges.

Why do we pay state reps and governors when the only thing that matters is the opinion of a federal activist in a black robe with a lifetime appointment?

We actually live in a country where it is considered "unconstitutional" to require doctors who perform surgical procedures to have hospital admitting privileges. We have a new unwritten constitution (kind of like the British one in that regard). It protects the two most sacred human rights: sodomy and child-murder. All other rights are simply privileges that must give way if they interfere with the two biggies.

Abortion doctors are often the dregs of the medical field, having had their license revoked in other states for malpractice and just barely keeping their license in the states they carry on their grisly profession. Requiring them to have admitting privileges for the safety of their patients is only common sense.

So much for the argument that illegal abortions will subject women to unsafe surgical procedures.

It’s a pity that impeachment is so little used.
A few judicial scalps per year would work wonders.

How about a barrage of malpractice lawsuits then.

The “judge” is the lowest of scum. God will judge him and mercilessly torture him for all eternity for supporting murder of the most innocent in this way.

This is an equal protection issue in that abortion clinics must follow the same guidelines of any other out-patient medical surgery clinic. Yet Democrats have been opposing Equal Protection since 1828.

And yet leftists accuse us of imposing our morality on everyone else simply because we believe in allowing the members of a society to establish via either direct or representative democracy the moral code for that society.
