The man who shot the cellphone video showing a police officer using an apparent chokehold on a Staten Island man who later died, was arrested Saturday night on charges that he was carrying a stolen loaded handgun, a law-enforcement official said.

Fk me. Don’t be silly. The context of my post is obviously directed to our overlords.
Thatz universal Freeper rightin and sometimes we don’t use certain qualifiers.
Peace on muh Brothuh.
Said to have a criminal record??? Try 24 arrests that include rape and robbery, among many others. Maybe you’d like to invite this fine upstanding citizen to your house for dinner so he can tell you how he was set up.
Is the entire police report listed on line? Without reading the entire police report I am not prepared to make a judgement on their PC from a media (biased media) report.
The choke hold was the issue to me. The media reported that the man died from the choke hold. He did not. So we agree there.
As far as not rendering care, I read that an ambulance was called for, the man was transported to the hospital and died there about an hour later. From what I read he did not die at the scene. I have not read anything saying the cops told the EMT’s not to render any care. If they did that then shame on them, I would not defend those actions, I would condemn them.
There ya go again...Cap’n, playing a Medical Professional again....
You know how the selective outrage game goes. They have ‘Reverend’ Al Sharpton marching up in front of the parade. Anything Sharpton is a part of is a sham.
Which part of the Medical Examiners findings on his trachea didn’t you get? No damage to the trachea.
I’m not a doctor but I know a lot about ‘choke holds.’ That cop only had what could be considered a ‘choke hold’ on Garner’s neck for 2 seconds. He did not apply pressure because Garner is still talking.
I predict that the cop will eventually be found not guilty after the city throws him to the wolves to appease the mob. The video will vindicate the officer. Eric The Red Holder’s DOJ will then step in and humbug the guy on a civil rights violation like they did in the Anthony Baez case.
Good question. Dunno
The report I saw was that it was an UNLOADED revolver stolen in Michigan. Can you say throwdown. I don’t think there’s a LEO in Amerika that doesn’t have at least one.
But you seem to know it all.
Great...!!
That depends, where there any Labradors in the Towers?
Last night on One America News Network, the anchor said that the NYPD Union is going to challenge the ME report. It’s going to get hot again.
I fully expect the spineless city administration and police commissioner to throw this poor boy to the mob. I’m not a big union guy but they are right on this one.
