Actually, this is about the only way to get the truth out about these monsters. The media won’t report on it (yet when it comes to Conservatives, they don’t hesitate to stalk or dumpster dive for dirt).
On the other hand...if someone is running for president, it may be useful to get a peak behind the carefully crafted media curtain that seeks to worship her...
As far as I am concerned, we pay these guys salary to do a job. WE are their employers, not some fat a$$ elitist, LIKE Hillary Clinton. We have every right to know what goes on in the bowels of hell, known as Washington DC.
I disagree - people need to know the truth. Plenty of people out there would vote for her thinking she is a nice lady - the opposite of what she really is.

In most circumstances, you'd be correct. Well even here, you'd be correct.
However, sometimes the need to warn is more important than the risk of downgrade of the teller's reputation.
The wicked count on the righteous being protective of their speech and character. It emboldens the dirt bags to carry on in unscrupulous ways, figuring that good-hearted people won't point fingers and accuse.
