What is wrong with people?
“What is wrong with people?”
There are alpha people and beta people. Beta people generally will not act on their own ever, even if their own lives are in danger. They wait for leadership. Alpha people are leaders and don’t require any input from others to act on their principles or beliefs. I think alphas used to be much more common. I suspect our education system has beaten it out of them.
I don’t think cultural passivity is the problem, compared to when, 20 years ago, 50 years ago ? There was no intervention in the crowd most likely because most people assumed it was a consensual act.
That’s what I was going to ask.
