To: Jim Noble; Tax-chick

The thing is, when a patient has been diagnosed with terminal cancer, the goal is to extend his or her life as long as possible. There’s always a chance that, if you live long enough, a new drug on the market can extend your life even longer. There are cases of people living with “terminal” cancer for many years.

But, when the gov’t controls healthcare... well, this story is what happens.
