Yes. Those mean ol’ Israeli roadblocks are cutting off the poor poor Gazans so they need tunnels to bring in asprin and baby formula.
Tunnels under a fence? No way. I’m shocked. I can’t believe anyone would attempt to go over/under/around a fence meant to keep them out. /s

Too many tunnels, too long a length, not enough bombs, IDF will die in the hundreds if they start a battle for every inch of tunnel. Better to introduce CS (tear) gas into them first to chase out the rats....then followed by a 72 hour warning to stay out while VX, SARIN, TABUN, GB, and Ebola are pumped into the tunnels for long term NO-GO zone.
They need to destroy a four block area at a time and when the sons of pig f’n dogs come out to parade the corpses you bomb that area into oblivion. Repeat as necessary until they’re either all gone or they stop their aggression.

Average length is 2km (nearly a mile).
That means that there are probably 2-300 tunnels to be found, and 300km worth of tunnels is ALOT of real estate to blow up. YOu cant just throw a charge in the end of a hole....the tunnel is still there. The Mudslimes would just tunnel around the obstacle and pop up elsewhere.
IDF is still in a search/destroy mission in the tunnels and word from the ground is that the BN and BDE commanders (esp. from the 401st tanks) is that they are "completely astonished" at the complexity, depth, length, and numbers of tunnels in their AO.
Basically, IDF has just begun. Tunnel discovery, mapping, demolition (not even to mention booby traps and firefights) are hard, long work.

Peaceful Nuclear Explosions PNE's are the best "bang for the buck" in terms of time, near 100% destruction, and $$$ savings to give a REAL, long term survival proposition to Israelis within 100km of Gaza.

Unlike with rockets, response to this sort of attack can’t just kick the can down the road. It has to be dealt with finally. Now. At some point I expect the Kenyan to intervene with the military to protect Hamas. The actual danger to his co-religionists in Gaza is higher now than it has been ever before.

I vote for giant fans and tons of the bright colored dye used to locate underground pipe leaks. That ought to identify the other end without having to risk the lives of Israeli soldiers.
Then bomb the other end into the stone age.
Then flood the tunnel. Use Gaza's allotment of water to do it with, Special alternate delivery.
All the way into Israeli settlements?
