Revealed: IRS and State Department conspired in targeting pro-Israel group

The IRS scandal has just gained another dimension, and it is more than a "smidgen." Emails uncovered by the House Ways and Means Committee show that the State Department was involved in the IRS’s attempt to deny tax-exempt status to Z-Street, the pro-Israel organization founded and run by AT contributor Lori Lowenthal Marcus, based on Z-Street’s pro-Israel positions that conflicted with Obama administration policy. This is known as “viewpoint discrimination,” and is strictly illegal.

The Wall Street Journal explains what has been uncovered:

The fools in “authority” are co-conspirators in these crimes against Free America, the Constitution, the Bill of Rights and against the Rule of Law. People should be fired, arrested, tried and imprisoned. I haven’t seen any of that. Mainly, there is an extended kabuki theater of “hearings” and further collective attempts to white wash criminal behavior. Justice must come to many.

The Z Street case proves that the use of government agencies to target and suppress groups the Obama Administration opposed was a fundamental part of the Administrations strategy from the very start.

The targeting of Z Street dates from the earliest days of the Obama Administration, well before they started targeting TEA party groups which did not even exist at the time. Z - Street was targeted.

This is the reason Z Street got it's lawsuit in in such a timely fashion. The early filing of the Z Street case put a requirement on the IRS to collect and preserve all information relevant to IRS targeting of organizations with potential view point discrimination as early as November 2010, well before the alleged hard drive crashes.

This simply destroys the IRS positions on the hard drive crashes and put the IRS at risk of obstruction of justice charges for data evidence destruction.

It will be very ironic if the Obama Administration's hatred of Israel and Jews in general and it's early attempts to shut down Jewish advocacy groups becomes the Administration's downfall
